Frequently asked questions

Please read carefully to avoid breaches, and let us know of any treatment contradictions.

Studio & cancellations

  • A non-refundable $50 must be paid per procedure within 48 hours of making a booking (your appointment will be forfeited if no payment is made).

  • 48 hours notice must be given to reschedule your appointment (any less and your deposit will not be transferred to your new appointment time).

  • If you miss your appointment without notifying The Brow Factory then extra fees will be applied if you wish to rebook.

  • No children allowed while tattooing – this is both for your children's own safety and so that you can have some Mummy time alone!

  • Clients are required to attend at least 5 minutes before tattoo appointments. Clients running more than 15 minutes late will have to rebook and pay a cancellation fee.

  • Clients who do not show for their perfection visit will have to pay a "no show" fee upon their next visit.

  • Clients that need more than the 2x sessions included in the tattooing price will require to an extra $50 per visit.

  • Brow styling clients that have not shown for more than two appointments will be required to pay a $30 fee upon their next booking.

Treatment contradictions

  • If you are under the age of 18 years (please note we do not tattoo any person(s) under the age of 18 even with a consent form).

  • Taking any medication (this can affect the healed outcome of the pigment).

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Have any known medical conditions.

  • Suffer from Keloid Scarring.

  • Suffer from severe allergies (including allergies to metals).

  • Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy (must have a written and signed document from oncologist).

  • Have any skin conditions – especially around the brow area. For example, dermatitis or congestion/breakouts in or around the eyebrow.

  • Diabetes – type 1 and 2 (this can affect healing).
